Easy process phone and face to face, face to face is basics competency questions and role play. Role play involved customer suffering with confidence issues that didn’t want to partake in the programme. You need to come across as firm but also understanding of the persons needs. Reminding them that this is part of three agreeement with social welfare but also that you have the facilities to help them
