Went in front of two bosses and sat down for questioning and was told on the spot if I was hired. The process was really quick. I was immediately brought in for the typing test (WPM) the day after I applied, and brought in for the interview the day after that. The interview itself was straightforward with generic questions asked. The only unique question, I list below. I am not sure why two bosses had to be present for the interview. Maybe to shake-up the applicant, but overall that process may have changed since this was under different management at the time of my interview compared to now.
