Applied online. I was contacted by the recruiter to explain me further about the position which was followed by a codility programming exercise consisting of two programs to write in 80 minutes. Pretty straight forward exercise and two days later I got an update to meet in person with the team at Tulip retail’s Toronto office. The interview was very well organized. First 15 minutes with the HR to get me comfortable . She was very friendly and asked very straight forward questions regarding work culture. Which was followed by 90 minutes technical round with the two engineers . They explained me further about the role and technology they use. I was asked to write a small program . Both of them were very professional . Last 15-30 minutes were scheduled to talk with the Director of IT . He was very friendly and asked me about my proficiency in different programs like SQL , regex , grep.
