The interview process was very average. The store manager and Regional manager was present. They basically wanted to know if I could work on my own, in a group, as a team, and work as long as it takes to get the job complete. I think that the interview questions were fairly easy and I was hired on the spot. there were 3 positions open in that area.

Very basic HR involvement. They conducted a preliminary phone interview. Relaxed final interview with Regional Sales Manager the following day. Offer was made that same day. Hiring was complete in less than a week.
