This company was not formal in the interview process. I filled out an application after having sent my resume, I had several years experience and this was not really important in the interview procewss either. Generally they hire inexperienced managers.

Resume submitted. Was contacted by phone to schedule an interview. The interview process was very fair. Had good conversation with talent acquisition manager, and then interviewed by phone with regional manager for the store that was seeking a manager.

Entrevista
The interview was very simple. The first one was a zoom call with a follow up with district manager. The interview questions were very easy. I met district manager at Tuesday Morning and we walked the store. The district manager had me identify problem areas and solutions to correct issues.

Wants very energetic people and self driven people whom can work as a team. Must be able to lead since they are the only full timers. Have an optimistic attitude and willing to learn. Interview with 4 different people in the company. A very pleasant experience
