The steps were pretty simple: 1) Recruiter Call - Where we just talked about interests and stuff 2) Hiring manager call - Where he talked about team and asked some Android questions 3) Take Home assignment - They give you a week to finish up the project. I got rejected. The worst part was that they send an auto generated email for the rejection. You as a candidate spend an entire week on a project and they don't care to give you any kind of feedback. Mind that I am not a fresh graduate I have plenty of years of experience. This was very frustrating. I wouldn't want to work with someone like this. All they needed to provide was a decent feedback of what was wrong. P.S. I requested feedback but got no response. Tip: This kind of attitude will take you no where.
