The interview was for a Leadership/IC position. The journey started in July and interviews were closed in September. TuSimple team is slow on communication and updates that you have to follow-up with them 3-4 times at each step to get the feedback. The offer and Salary discussion happened 3 weeks back and no response yet from the recruiter - when are they releasing offer. Not sure how a growing company can have such slow and non-responsive teams where recruiters don't even bother to inform you if position is on-hold or closed - No ideas. Looks like the things are not TU SIMPLE !!!
