Good it was quite straight forward I think there was about 3 rounds to go through the last being a presentation and the first and second being chats with management

Entrevista
Huge gap between the HQ narrative, company values, description of culture and the actual Milan experience onsite. I was very excited to see the “office vibes” as talent acquisition described but there was nothing of the sort. It could be the hiring team was under unrealistic expectations (as they mentioned the very ambitious targets), but overall I felt some sense of discrimination or as though I was wasting their time. The in person experience required a lot of preparation, travel and the pressure of the interviewer’s interrogation. It was rushed as though they had already made another selection and were checking a box by offering me the opportunity to pitch them.
All of this over a 5 month period from application to final feedback call.
The process is:
1-First interview with talent acquisition
2-Second with hiring manager
3-In person case study interview with hiring team
4-Feedback call or offer call
And other mobile calls from HR in between.
Salary: 72K base salary and 89K OTE
