The depth with which the company goes into selecting the perfect candidate may be on par with Google or Microsoft. A phone interview, a Skype interview, then a personal interview and then a trial day; and all of this for a student position. Nevertheless, the wait and dedication are worth it, since the company has a unique work culture to offer.
