The interviewer in my case had a noticeably inauthentic, over the top, bubbly tone that made it unnecessarily difficult to participate in a professional interview. They also interrupted me when speaking and they were also late to the phone interview. Imagine what message that sends to the interviewee when the interviewer is late. If you're thinking of applying I hope that your interviewer isn't as careless as the one I met. One thing I did like a lot is that they at least tell you if they're moving forward with you or not, but they also include a condescending, "Oh there'll be more positions so keep applying if you want!" message in their rejection emails, as if by magic next week if I apply for the same position they'll just love to have me.
