HR found my resume and contacted me. After a screening interview, I was interviewed by the area manager and then I was asked to do a test. Very tricky test didn't pass. They let me know after a few days they decided to go with someone else.

Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all questions I had. Job was described thoroughly and they really give you a good idea of the company. They asked basic interview questions and a few that I was not prepared for. They were very laid back and made me feel comfortable, like we were having a conversation rather than an interview. There was a test and assessment necessary for this position which was challenging.
