The first step is a recording interview. You are asked question on an app and you would have unlimited time to answer. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make it to the next step but I'm hopeful for another change with a different bank. Don't give up guys! Honestly, this type of interviewing suck not everyone is a Tik-Toker lol

Virtual interview that you could record online you have unlimited attempts and can practice recommend you where business casual and then interview with bank branch manager one on one in person
Online app followed by video submission. In the video portion you may also have to do aptitude and customer service tests. You can record the video as many times as you need which is helpful.
The first interview was you recording yourself answering questions via a video. You got questions you needed to answer and was able to record yourself answering it. The second interview was face to face with the branch manager.
