Took almost 4 weeks after I submitted my application for them to reach out to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. Then took another week to get an interview scheduled with the hiring manager. Got completely ghosted after that interview even though I sent a follow up email to the recruiter a week later asking for any additional information.
