Interview invitation email sent to all interviewees. HR from the company didn't bcc the recipients and exposed all interviewees' emails to everyone. Very unprofessional. Before the interview, sent us to a waiting room and made us sign an NDA. Told us it was a group interview, and interviewees are all sat in a circle, just like the hunger games and all interviewing for only one position. Interviewees got told off for not bringing physical portfolios despite failing to provide such instructions beforehand. Interview process was weird. They asked us about where did we think most of their audience come from, and practically bragging about how popular their products were. After the interview, candidates were all talking about how awkward the whole thing was, and it was a complete waste of our time. In my opinion, I would ask them if it was a group interview before accepting the invitation. A group interview is a complete waste of time for everyone and a very unpleasant experience.
