It seems like all of these tech companies ask an arm and a leg from you these days. The process is as follows:
1) HR Screen - Applied and was emailed a week after. Recruiter missed my emails and our first interview. Very brief. Basic description about the role. Salary reqs,
2) AnotherHR screen - situational questions. Explanation of the interview process
3) Phone interview with District Manager - about an hour. Deeper dive into the role. behavioral/situational questions.
4) Challenge Assignment - Make a video explaining why you want to work there, etc.
5) Phone Interview with Director - He was very brief and very standoffish. Made it seem like he was just going through the motions and wasn't genuinely interested in who I was as a candidate. He even mentioned that he hadn't even looked at my resume. What a great representation of the company!
6) On site interview
Positives:
HR was quick in follow ups. Messy at times but I'm sure they have a hundred things to keep track of.
Quick Process
Negatives:
The director could show some enthusiasm while interviewing. If i have to do it, you should too. Made it seem like he already had a candidate in mind seeing as how my video was only viewed once.
A lot of the questions were redundant and also stated in the video. C'mon people, get on the same page here.
While I am hopeful with their new direction and efforts, its only a matter of time before they get bought out like all of the other vendors in the industry. Best of luck!

The interview process was long but I appreciate they wanted me to interview with multiple people to ensure I was the right candidate for the position. If they could have combined a couple of the interviews that would have been awesome. I enjoyed meeting with multiple people as it allowed me to meet the people I would be working with and it ensured the company was the right fit for me also.

They wanted to know a lot about my work experience to ensure the position I was applying for was appropriate, which I appreciated.

2 weeks after I applied, I spoke with the recruiter for a phone screening. two weeks after the phone call, I received an email saying I'm not moving to the next round.

Worst interview process ever. Recruiter supplied very little information about the actual role. She predetermined I was a hunter through conversation about being in outside sales and achieving things like salesperson of the year.
She made being a hunter sound like a bad thing... not good for any sales organization looking to grow if your recruiters take this stance.
If she had asked any follow up questions she would have learned that I spent 4 years in a relationship building role that was primarily focused on sales through service so while I enjoy the hunt I am also a fantastic gatherer with rock solid dealer relationships.
And the kicker... I received a very unprofessional email about how they were pursuing other candidates for an area to which I didn't apply!
So the reply wasn't even a rejection for the job I applied to.
When I pressed for clarification, I got the snappy response "this is for that market also".
All of this just leaves the impression they don't really have their act together, by far the worst interview process I've seen and I worked in the retail car business so then there's that.
Chip Perry may have straightened out dealer relations but there's still a long road ahead for course correction in other departments.

Only one question: run me through your past experience. I got to my most recent experience and was cut off.
