The first interview was great but the next one with the owners was not so good as they clearly looked distracted during the interview process and also the actual position was not reflected enough in their company name etc.

The intake team was great. The interview questions were lengthy but well thought out in regards to the position. Definitely something you need to be ready for and not just tackle on a whim.

I had good vibes from the very beginning. The people in my interview were professional but also friendly. Was given two interviews and they made their decision after a day. They were very transparent about their processes and their expectations for the role

They wanted to know how I felt about the kind of service they provide and wanted to know my "why". They all seem to really believe in what they do and they were looking for candidates who truly want to be an advocate for others.
