Excellent introduction, the manager was on time and prepared with my resume. He greeted me and told me a little bit about TrueFood. We talked about my experience and my personal values. He was delighted to hear my values were similar to TFK’s values. We proceeded to hiring and everything went smoothly from there!

I talked with two different managers in the same interview. They both looked over my resume and asked questions about previous experience in the restaurant industry. No difficult questions were asked.

Basically had two brief interviews. One with a floor manager (I walked into the restaurant and had one on the spot) and then another one a couple days later with the GM.
