The team was decent. HR was disorganized. Recruiter missed an initial phone interview without cancelling first, scheduled interviews unnecessarily. Did a writing project, sent over my own writing samples, and made it past three interviews only to get ghosted at the end. Told me that I’d hear back in a week. Still waiting. Overall waste of my time.
First was my application and an initial interview with HR manager
Then Super-day which consisted of a case study + 4 interviews
Then I received my offer and that was it
