chaotic, unorganized and a very lengthy process, no clear direction on who will interview, seemed to just be who was sat in the office on the day you arrive. the staff in their head office are un friendly and no one is ready to support you. however, the infield team were excellent and provided all questions and answers you need.

Interview via Skype then they flew me out to Oman for interviews with CEO, GM x 2 and COO. I had agreed terms including salary and expected rotation at 6 weeks on 3 weeks off before going to Oman. Instantly there were red flags as the company was obviously disorganised and ran on spreadsheets with non existent procedures or process. All managers introduced had no experience working for a professional 3 PL (other than the COO). They made me 2 offers but it was less money than previously agreed and worst of all a change to 6 weeks on 2 weeks off rota which was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional as all other UK expats were 6 on 3 off. The reviews are true folks - avoid like the plague unless you are desperate
