Interview process seemed unprepared and disjointed. People were late, seemingly locked out of their own system, didn't have my resume in front of them so I had to email it, and asked if we could switch from virtual to phone call 10-15 minutes after scheduled start time. - it was as if they forgot they had an interview and were scrambling. They then spent a good portion of the interview trying to understand previous job titles that are extremely standard in the tech field. I'm still not sure I ever had a real conversation about my experience or the company.
