The first time it took three weeks to get hired and i was given lots of excuses that the branch manager was out of the office, but i need the job and excepted. The second time about two years ago i knew a higher up manager and hired.

Applied for job online, did not receive a response so had to call in to schedule a interview. Asked resume questions over the phone before scheduling a interview. Interview wasn't super long. Gave a scenario to show what would be done. Interview process runs smoothly. Both in person and virtual interviews are offered.

First interview is a phone screen interview to feel out who you are as a person and if you align with the company.
Second interview is the video call interview where the manager will be listening in while you are being interviewed by another employer. This interview is more in depth with questioning.
