Was originally contacted through an agency. The first two interviews went as expected. However, the interview with the hiring manager was abominable. The phone interview was scheduled for a Friday afternoon for 30 minutes. 35 minutes after the scheduled start I reached out to the TrueGree recruiter and finally heard back over an hour after the scheduled interview and he said the hiring manager was pulled into a meeting with the CIO. The interview was rescheduled for the following Thursday. At 25 minutes past the scheduled start time, I again reached out to the TrueGreen recruiter. At 35 minutes past the hour, I had to get on to another phone call. At over 40 minutes past the hour, the hiring manager called my number, but I was engaged in a 30 minute phone call and could not pick up. The next day, the interview was again rescheduled for the following Wednesday late afternoon. Even though traveling and planned to be at an event, I agreed to the interview time. The time came, I left my event, and waited 20 minutes for an interview that once again did not happen. I (again) reached out to the TrueGreen recruiter and received an email the next day with a 'thanks but they've already offered the position to another candidate'. Horrible experience. Unprofessional. I would not work there for any amount of money.
