Submitted resume on Indeed.com. Received email to fill out application online. Waited for a call back for 3 weeks. Gave up and right when I did, I got an email to set up a phone interview. I called the number they gave me a few times, but had to leave a message. Still awaiting a call back to do the interview.

Applied for job online, did not receive a response so had to call in to schedule a interview. Asked resume questions over the phone before scheduling a interview. Interview wasn't super long. Gave a scenario to show what would be done. Interview process runs smoothly. Both in person and virtual interviews are offered.

First interview is a phone screen interview to feel out who you are as a person and if you align with the company.
Second interview is the video call interview where the manager will be listening in while you are being interviewed by another employer. This interview is more in depth with questioning.
