I interview with Troutman about a year or so ago and frankly, their interview process was/is not good. Didn't feel comfortable at all and the interviews were very, not confrontational, but standoffish. One one that seemed welcoming was the one from NC.

Entrevista
1st round was phone screening (30min) and 2nd round zoom with two positions (1 hour). 1st was general behavourial and the 2nd was split between techincal and behavioral. General questions about team skills and org values and then more into flexibitly with softwares.

Entrevista
I was reached out to by a recruiting firm. The recruiting firm was great but the company interviews were strange. The first company interview was pretty straightforward but then you had to do a series of tests which they said were not a big deal and a second interview would be coming. They took over an hour to do and then they did not give any reason why they did not move forward.
