I applied via LinkedIn, but never had a phone screening with the recruiter which was odd. They wanted me to interview in person, but at the time it was not possible but was able to accommodate a teams interview. The interview last 30 minutes, and was primarily just the hiring manager getting to know me and ask me what I was looking for out of a job with Troon.
