First a phone screen with the Development Manager which goes through your resume and basic skills, and then an on site interview where you interview with two or three development team members at a time, followed by a wrap-up with the Development Manager. Everyone was very nice and professional on the Development side, but there was a lot of highly vulgar language and yelling on the other side of the hall where the rest of the company is located. That was an immediate red flag.
