Phone interview, interview at my university, interview on site. The university interview had two interviewers (boss and colleague of the job posted) and the site interview was a more in depth version of that interview, plus a short interview with the department VP. They took forever to get back to me after the interviews, so I assumed they offered the job to one or two other people first, but later found out they were just slow.
