I was contacted by a recruitment agent, sent my CV and they arranged an interview with the company. The interview took place at the factory in Hinckley. First, they asked me about my background and previous experience, followed by technical questions. I was presented a part and the technical questions regarded manufacturing methods, force and stress calculations, and how it can be improved.
