Met with line manager initially at stage one, then with an office coordinator via Zoom from another office, and then with the receptionist. I passed the first stage no problem, with the manager feeling I had sufficient experience to complete the role at Triton. At the second stage I was asked no competency questions, I was led to believe this was a chance to get to know me more as a person and determine I would be the right fit as they had already established I was competent. At this stage the feedback was that I didn't have adequate experience.
