Second Round: A take-home assignment that needs to be completed within three business days. Third Round: An interview with the Co-founder who will review your assignment and analyze your strategic thinking. Fourth Round: An interview with the Head of Growth where your thinking on content planning and other areas will be assessed. Fifth Round: A culture fit round with the Co-founder and Managing Partner.
