Entrevista
There were two interview rounds. First with one Senior Software Engineer. It was fully technical round. Second interview was with two Software Development Managers. It was again fully technical. But in the end they asked questions related to my previous job, tasks, duties and technologies.
After that their was a huge gap of no communication. I was looking for jobs here and their and was on my last days in my previous company when I got call from the recruiter about my current status and then they made me an offer. The offer was good as per the market rate. So I joined this company which resulted in a very bad decision for my career when I see it now. As I was not able to gain any new skills in all three years which later made a lot of problem for me while making a switch to another company.

Entrevista
There was one phone interview regarding the O notation ( run time ) for different algorithms and data structures. two weeks after that was a face interview. In the face interview, the questions were about Java and C++ programming language mainly about interfaces, inheritance, abstraction, composition and also code on the white board. Sometimes in the syntax I got confused between Java and C++ while answering questions. I was not clear why syntax is such a big deal because an IDE would correct. However I was not allowed to use IDE ( example : eclipse. ). so brush up on syntax before the interview.
The job function for the first few months was mainly fixing bugs and building the application using build tools.
Believe me, there are lots of bugs and lots of releases for customers. Otherwise the job is pretty routine.
