Dropped off resume at Career fair. Got contacted within 2 business days for a highly technical phone Interview. The interviewer looked very serious, suggesting a very boring working environment. Tried putting on a smile but got replied back with a frown. Questions were highly technical. Little or no personality tests. Tried very hard showing an interest and passion for programming but seems like all of that was ignored. Almost no questions about my personal projects or reference to my resume, which was the strongest part of my application. Only reference to his team and working conditions. My advice: do tons of practice with an actual interviewer. Its a lot harder than it looks.
