Everything went quite well and I found recruiter more helpful and much nicer than others. First step +++. Phone call was not an easy one but fair and they were checking my background, motivations and knowledge of role/industry. Second step +. Onsite in the Dublin office has been an experience as I had mixed feelings: tough first interview with my future manager but then smooth mock call with another one (none of them work there anymore). Third step ++. Finally I got the positive call from recruiter and I was happy enough with the offer. Overall you get to know real expectations on what the company wants from you once in the hiring process. Negative point is the job spec you find online as it presents a slightly different job/tasks than what reality is.

I found the process to be very unprofessionally handled. I got an email asking for my availability and submitted a few dates. Then I was asked to submit other dates and from that time on they completely disappeared and did not reply to my email asking for details and if we were moving on. It would have been much more professional to at least let me know they were not interested or they found someone, rather than completely disappearing.
