held via zoom. Short 15-30 minute interview where HR asks a wide range of questions about experience, certifications, uniforms and availability. Following the interview, online training of their expectations and app based scheduling system was provided.

How many years of experience in the service industry do you have?
was very easy, laid back, and was also held in a very casual and comfortable setting. i am sure the interview process has somewhat changed as they have grown but I dont doubt its too much different.
