I applied online and about 2 days later I was contacted to schedule an interview. When I arrived for the interview I first talked to the receptionist who let the interviewer know I was there. The interviewer came down and escorted me to one of the conference rooms. The interview was one on one with both questions I expected and some I was not expecting.
