Entrevista
Two rounds of interview. First round was 45 minutes with a fellow senior consultant, final round was with two engagement managers each 45 minutes. Fit + Case components involved in both rounds. TRINITY really values fit so I can tell it was constantly emphasized throughout the interviews. Overall, very pleasant experience.

4-5 virtual interviews. 2-3 of them were case studies based on real life situations picked up from my own resume. Others were behavioral and situational, focused on my biotech experience, why trinity, why not my prior organization, why biotech.

First round on call and interview in teams and process is fast. Interview lasted for 30 minutes. They were ready to do buy out too. It was nice experience connecting and learnt a lot in terms of pharma

The interviewers are very nice. The first round is a 45 mins behavioral + case. The final round are 2 back-to-back interviews. I got the interview invite only one week after I submitted my application.
