I never made it past this one specific recruiter. She has called me multiple times to set up pre-interviews, and then will inform me that I need to resubmit something that I have multiple times, that position is already filled or even that I’m not offering enough hours to work for a contingent position.

How many hours a week are you looking for? When I responded Contingent type hours (which is what I had applied for) the recruiter informed me that that wasn’t enough hours and then I would have to work more. For context it was part time hours that I was available for a contingent position.

basic interview questions
(tell me about yourself and experience were our biggest topics.. along with scenarios based questions) My manager spent more time getting to know me as a person and how good I’ll fit into a healthcare role in general which was nice.

A couple of questions and maybe a background check but that's about it. To be fair this is for ENTRY LEVEL positions. It's most definitely different for RN's and doctors.
