The process was convenient and included lots of communication. The interviewer set the expectations and provided time to prepare. I enjoyed working with the individuals from Trinity; they were professional and kind. This seemed like a very well established internal process.

Two interviews within two months....30 min interview for the first time zoom call...2 hour in person interview with loaded questions that they had and it was open ended with what was required with the position and what you wanted out of it

Honestly one of the best interviews I’ve ever had. There were none of those ridiculous situational questions. It was purely an interview about what I could bring to the table and I appreciated that.
