Was fine - I did not apply but they reached out to me directly for an initial interview, HR person spent may 15 minutes or less asking me questions and then got a rejection email about a week later. Think it's hard to completely gauge a person's ability after only speaking to them for 15 minutes, especially after they reached out to me and I wasn't necessarily looking for a new role, but I took the time out of my day to talk with them.
