The interview process is currently being improved and becoming more structured, so my experience may not be the same as everyone's. I was contacted by the CEO, who conducted an initial fit interview with me to ensure I was looking for the same things the company offered. I then had a series of two case interviews, one over the phone and one in person at the head office. I was given an extremely detailed example of a practice case interview.
If you read and follow this example, you should have no problem with the case studies. While at the head office, I also performed an Excel test, completed a smaller assignment (essentially a resume summary), and had an individual interview with the COO. Everything was clear to understand. As long as you can listen and follow directions, you should have no problem.

Quite stringent approach, process designed to add pressure - whole day was over 6 hours - to see how you maintain composure as you work through the day.
Never heard back from the company either way - believe it was poor form.
