There was an initial phone screening and then an Interview. I was not selected to move forward after that. I am not sure what the rest of the process would be. I chose neutral because the interviews went well but I was not able to reach anyone for 3+ weeks for an update on the role. I would reach out and get no response. Finally I got a reply that I would get an update soon only to get the generic "Thank you for your time, but you didn't move forward" email.

I applied through LinkedIn online and got the interview about 1 to 2 weeks Two interviews with a software engineer and engineer manager separately. The first round with the software engineer basically asked about my experience on my resume, and two technique questions (SQL and linked list). The second round with the engineer manager is asked me more behavior questions such as the date of graduation, do I willing to relocate, and my 3 years plan after graduation.

The whole process was actually quite analog compared to other interviews I have had. Instead of applying through their website and handing in a resume, I believe the short conversation I had with some managers at the job fair really started things off. We exchanged words, contacts, and a couple weeks later I was asked for a phone interview. It was a typical behavioural and general phone interview. The in-person interview afterwards was mostly focused on what I contributed to past projects and experiences I have had. Technical questions were to a minimum and the environment was very clean and promising.
