Email sent by a senior Trimble recruiter based out of Cleveland, OH. Interview was great. At the end of the interview, I was told by the recruiter that he will schedule an interview with the transportation department manager and will reach out to setup the meeting time. It was extremely sad to see the unprofessionalism of "ghosting" a candidate. I tried reaching out many times via emails, I left voicemails. Never heard back. If you do not want to proceed with a candidate, simply tell them unfortunately we will not be proceeding forward. It is shocking to see that glassdoor is filled with Trimble recruiters ghosting candidates. Maybe it is the same recruiter.

Three interviews, mostly behavioral questions. One design question to think through during the interview. 1. First was the hiring manager round.
2. Second was with teammates.
3. Third was with engineering and the hiring manager together.

How do you prioritize between legacy and modern roadmap items?
The interview process was a struggle to get a date and time and took a week to finally get it scheduled. The day of the call the recruiter CANCELED the interview ONE MINUTE before the call! I was left hanging with a canceled meeting notice with a note "Unfortunately we would not be able to match your salary requirements for this role. Let me know if you have further questions." WTH!!! So unprofessional and disrespectful!

Call with recruiter went well. He seemed very personable and understanding of work-life balance. I never got a response from him after sending multiple emails over the course of a month.
