The interview process was rather extensive which was expected. The first interview was over the phone covering just technical questions, the second interview was in person with the treasurer and a hiring manager (separate interviews back-to-back). These interviews consisted of a blend of behavioral questions from the hiring manager and technical questions from the treasurer. Lastly, the third interview was a full day of interviews with a couple of different department-specific finance managers. This interview was a personality check since you would be rotating under each of these managers, combined with a variety of technical and critical thinking questions.
