I applied through agency and the process took 1 week . First interview, We discussed about my CV and my work experience and afterwards, I took a test covering networking, Windows servers and some troubleshooting scenarios. During the interview, some illegal questions was asked such as my nationality, and my marital status. I felt very uncomfortable about that, but answered all in a "diplomatic manner". I was urgently invited for a second interview on the next day . Two days later, I was informed by the agency that my application was unsuccessful due my lack of service desk experience even with over 7 years working in this area . Surprisingly, this decision was reverted day after , and I was invited for the final interview with one of their client on next day. I was waiting all day for a confirmation for the final interview, when I got a call from the agency saying that the client would not proceed with any further interviews and the position was not longer opened . Extreme unprofessional and extreme disorganized process. Unfortunately a waste of time and unnecessary stress.
