I applied online, got called for an interview within about 1 week. I was interviewed by 1 people and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. Overall very friendly and had no problem repeating questions when needed or providing information when I didn't understand a question. Pleasant interview.

It's a virtual zoom interview, you get asked questions about yourself and then move on to mostly case scenario questions related to that department/unit you have applied to. After the interview, you may get a job offer within 1-3 days. Pretty fast.
