After submitting my application, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire so they could get a sense of how I handle situations and get to know more about me. Upon answering the questions and sending back, we set up a time for a phone interview - where we discussed both the position and my work experience. Lastly, I was brought in for an in-person interview later that week where I met with the CEO and VP of Acquisitions. Tricap responded to me quickly and efficiently for each step in the process.
