Engaged by a recruiter for the initial interview in order to schedule a discussion with the hiring manager. Nothing heard back after initial message. I then heard directly from the hiring manager who wanted to schedule time. Nothing heard back after that message. Multiple follow-ups sent to both the recruiter and hiring manager, but ultimately nothing was ever scheduled despite them asking to interview me. My brief correspondence with both the recruiter and the hiring manager was pleasant enough, but Tribute Technology seems to be a bit disorganized in it's ability to find and interview qualified talent.
