Just had to submit my resume and cover letter. Then met with three professionals and had a case study, it was pretty straightforward. Questions are mostly about your personality/if you are team player. Everyone was really nice!

Whole process took 3 months. First a 15 minute phone screen with a current consultant, then 2 30 minute interviews with principals/managers, then a final day of interviewing with a 15 minute interview with a current consultant, 2 45 minute interviews with 2 executives, and then a 2 hour case study held in a group Microsoft Teams Call

Very conversational interview style. Got to know the principals well and was given lots of guidance from people already at the company with regards to the recruiting process. Screening, behavioral, and then final round with excel case.
