Initial Telephone Interview, asked questions about my background, work preferences, attitude, why I'd left my previous employer. Was scheduled for an in person interview for a few days later. Dressed in business attire for the interview, was a panel interview. There were two company representatives (supervisor and training supervisior) and myself. They asked me about myself and my background, and a few basic routine questions. Then a skills test (Excel, typing speed, test phone call) was administered.
