Very informal. I met with one person that was the HR Director. They asked me what i was doing at my present job, my schooling, what hr org. did i belong to. What my hobbies were outside of work. They also asked me what i most liked and disliked about my current position with my current employer. I went away feeling very pleased and thought that the interview went well. Being on the other side of fence was a little weird.
